Different from ordinary battery factories that only focus on finished product inspection, we build a full-link hierarchical quality control system covering raw material screening, precision production control, intermediate process inspection, finished product abuse testing and batch sampling verification. Every production procedure adopts vehicle-grade quality standards to eliminate batch difference, performance attenuation and hidden safety risks.

All products comply with international safety, transportation and industrial application standards, with complete third-party test reports and certification qualifications. Level 1: Raw Material Molecular Screening

  • Adopt first-tier brand raw materials for cathode, anode, electrolyte and separator, with exclusive batch supply traceability
  • Full component purity testing, impurity content detection and moisture content inspection for each batch of materials
  • Eliminate unqualified raw materials with micro impurities to avoid internal cell hidden dangers
  • Ultra-low humidity warehouse storage & vacuum material transfer to prevent material deterioration

Level 2: On-Line Precision Process Inspection

  • ±1μm closed-loop control for electrode coating thickness to ensure consistent ion conduction
  • Real-time monitoring of rolling density, winding tension and sealing accuracy
  • AI visual full inspection for pole piece defects, scratches and burrs
  • Automatic data recording for each process, realizing full production traceability

Level 3: Semi-Finished & Finished Product Testing

  • Intermediate cell EIS impedance testing to screen abnormal internal structure cells
  • High-precision capacity grading, internal resistance and voltage sorting
  • Strict elimination of cells with inconsistent parameters to guarantee pack consistency
  • 100% full inspection before delivery, no random sampling omission

Level 4: Batch Abuse Sampling Verification

  • Regular batch sampling for nail penetration, extrusion and high-temperature baking tests
  • Long-term cycle aging test & high and low temperature durability test
